Thanks for reading.  The essays here regard the legal world as I’ve encountered it so far, especially Constitutional law, criminal law, immigration law, and other areas of my practice.  The essays should NOT be construed as legal advice!  If you have a question concerning a topic I’ve written about, you should consult an attorney who is licensed to practice in your state.

The poems are not usually about the law:  I usually focus on people and events.  They tell stories.  They can be a little dense with images, but I think they are readable to anyone, and if you come away thinking, “I didn’t understand that”  it’s my fault as a writer, not yours.  Comments are welcome.
